About Us
TNHB Colony Reconstruction is a project led by the Joint Action Committee, a registered association overseeing
all redevelopment activities. Our goal is to revitalize the TNHB Colony, creating a modern and sustainable
living environment for residents. With a focus on community engagement and sustainable practices, we aim to
transform the colony into a vibrant and inclusive neighborhood for all.

 Purpose
 The primary goal of this association is to demolish 960 dilapidated and uninhabitable housing units located in
the Tamil Nadu Housing Board residential area of Uppilipalayam village, Singanallur, in the Coimbatore
South Taluk of Coimbatore district, and to rebuild multi-storied apartments with new technology under
the supervision of the government, with private sector participation.
